ICC WOMEN’S T20 WORLD CUP EAP QUALIFIER-VANUATU 2023
The Kumul Petroleum PNG Lewas Women’s Cricket Team departed for Vanuatu on Friday 25 August for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup EAP (East Asia Pacific) Qualifiers that commences in the capital Port Vila from 1-9 September 2023.
The Kumul Petroleum PNG Lewas will play against Cook Islands, Fiji, Indonesia, Japan, Samoa and host country Vanuatu with the top of the table team then moving to the Global Qualifier next year.
Papua New Guinea is 1 hour behind Vanuatu, so the first match on Friday 1-September will be PNG time 12:30pm against Vanuatu. MATCH FIXTURES ATTACHED.ALL MATCHES LIVE AND FREE ON ICC.TV
ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE KUMUL PETROLEUM PNG LEWAS WOMEN’S TEAM
Cricket PNG congratulates every team member selected to attend the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup EAP Qualifier in Vanuatu. The team will be joined by experienced Consulting Coach Tatenda Taibu from Zimbabwe, whom at the age of 20 became the youngest Test Captain in history.
